Cocktail Server (Part-Time)

SUMMARY: Take drink orders on the casino floor and/or bar areas, prepare and serve the drinks in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Taking guests drink orders; cocktail servers are to do a floor sweep every 20 minutes to ensure guests have proper and timely drink service.
• Preparing the drinks in the absence of the bartender.
• Serving drinks to the guests.
• Keeping bar areas and server stations cleaned and stocked.
• Assisting bartenders and barbacks as needed.

• All Employees must be knowledgeable of all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma or Equivalent

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

• Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

COMPUTER SKILLS

• Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
