About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help ensure materials are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare, package, and ship outgoing materials accurately and efficiently
Verify incoming and outgoing shipments (counts, weights, documentation)
Label and organize materials for proper identification and storage
Transport materials to designated storage areas
Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
Follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards
Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Support other warehouse or production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs regularly
Comfortable with physical tasks (bending, kneeling, twisting, standing)
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or instructions
Solid problem-solving and common-sense decision-making
Work Environment
Warehouse/manufacturing setting
Moderate noise levels
Exposure to varying temperatures and humidity
