Create or Sign In to Your Account
- If you don’t have an account, start by entering your email, job listing, and company information below.
- You will receive a confirmation email to proceed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive it promptly.

Enter the Job Details
- Job Title: The name of the position you’re hiring for.
- Location: Optional — specify if important.
- Remote Position: Check if the role is remote.
- Job Type: Choose (e.g., Full‑time, Part‑time, Internship, Temporary, etc.).
- Job Category: Select the appropriate category.
- Description: Write a clear job description and responsibilities. Remember the search function is keyword driven, so include the keywords best to find your post (e.g. – Osceola Maintenance Supervisor, Clarke County Manufacturing Job, MIG Welding, Registered Nurse, etc.)
- Format Description: You can add links and format text (bold, italics, bullet points, etc.) for better readability and engagement.

Optional Extras
- Scheduled Date: Set if you want the listing published later.
- Application URL: Provide a link to your own website where candidates can apply.
- Salary & Unit: Add salary information if you choose.

Company Information
- Company Name: Enter your business name.
- Website (optional): Your company website.
- Tagline, Media, Social Info (all optional): Add details like a tagline, video link, Twitter username, and/or logo.
- Uploading your logo: For best results, please upload a SQUARE file (.jpg, .png, .bmp) approximately 400px X 400px.

Submit Your Posting
- You can “Preview” your post and “Save Draft”
- When ready, click “Submit Listing” in the upper-right corner of the preview window or from the Employer’s dashboard.
- Site administrators will review your post and contact you if there are any questions.
- Once approved, your post will be published (or scheduled for your selected date).
- Posts remain live for 15 days.
- A reminder email will be sent three days prior to expiration.
- To keep the post live, you can edit it in the Employer’s dashboard.

- Go to the Employer’s dashboard to view post stats and manage your listings.
